Our emotions just come from how we define the meaning of everything inside and outside. Eckhart Tolle says: The main lead to be unhappy is never the situation, but your thoughts about it.

The human brain has an incredibly complex structure with more than a hundred billion interconnected neurons after birth. We cannot create more neurons in our brain after birth, but we can make 100 trillion neural connections through synapses. It means we can build up networks between neurons to change the way of our thinking to gain insight and empathy to respond to others well, which is our training purpose for Emotional control.
