🌿 Mirror Moment (A.I.R.) — Emotional Awareness & Regulation
In the Mirror Moment Workshop, you’ll use the A.I.R. method to engage with your emotions—positive, negative, or neutral—without judgment. Learn to notice, understand, and skillfully regulate your emotional state for greater balance and self-connection.

  • Online session: 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00am – 12:00 pm
  • Classroom session: 2nd Saturday of each month from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

✨ The Art of Meta-Communication
Using the N.D.C. method, you’ll communicate more consciously, strengthen meaningful connections, and navigate relationships at work and in daily life with confidence and clarity.

  • Classroom session: 3rd Sunday of each month from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
