徐絮—- 赵老师的课对我深有启发,以前也接触到一些类似的说法,但都没有达到预期的效果。怎样改善不良情绪,或者如何处理总让自己纠结的人或事情,让它们在自己面前轻易地瓦解。我个人感觉——集中注意力尤为重要!不管是把他当成小丑也好还是藐视他的存在也罢,都无关紧要,做到习惯性的让这记忆在心里变得渺小才会减轻对自己的杀伤力。当大脑做这种训练时,除了掌控自己的情绪,还能看清自己的内心世界。当不再用以回忆美妙的经来改善情绪时,我觉得的自己的内心世界逐渐变得强大,不再脆弱,自然而然地也就减少了外界因素对我得困扰。赵老师的课妙之有趣,用潜移默化的语言消除了人生不必要的烦恼。谢谢赵老师。
