Description
Our body is an extension of our mind, and our thoughts act to the outside. The senses feed the results of these actions back into the mind. This feedback loop involves the state, perception and emotion. They interacted with each other to make the final decisions to react to the outside world.
In this training, we will understand how the emotional states are affected and how to overcome negative emotions such as hurt, guilty, sadness, fear and anger through NLP techniques. Overcoming them will achieve homeostasis to keep a body running healthily.
