Language Shapes Your Thoughts

“L” in NLP refers to linguistics, which means the use of language to influence thought. Of course, the result can be both positive and negative, and it’s all up to you.

Beautiful or miserable life depends on what kind of words guides your thoughts. They can make you focus on the bright side of life to feel vitality or make you feel unhappy every day to increase the mental pressure will gradually crush your body to make your brain have a “red zone”.  The red zone of the brain will make people exhausted and unmotivated. Some of them even can not work and live normally. It is not a surprise you can easily find them all around us.

Today I would like to share the NLP neurological level with you. The technique helps you find out the crux of the problem and solution. It has six levels.  The bottom levels are  “environment and behaviour”.  You can change and improve the environment if it negatively affects you.  You can use words to rewrite your thoughts to change your ineffective behaviour. When you see the positive effects of your behaviour, you will maintain that behaviour, further strengthen your nervous system, and eventually develop a new habitual behaviour.

Scientists have done a lot of research on this system,  and they have found that most people’s problems arise at the “capability” level. As long as you find the resources to improve your abilities, everyone can succeed.

However, the premise is that you believe that you can learn this ability, which involves the level of “belief value and identity”.

For example, when you are in a difficult situation, please don’t say to yourself: I’m so stupid that I can’t succeed. The sentence makes you become more and more depressed but also labels yourself an “idiot”. It escalates your issue to a high level – “Identity”, which means you make yourself an unsuccessful person. When the opportunity comes to you, you will never catch it.

In daily life, we always have a minimum of three solutions to solve problems. As long as you believe in yourself, everything will become possible!
