One of the most effective ways to improve your state of mind and increase self-confidence is hypnosis. When a person enters a hypnotic state, the person’s brainwaves will gradually reach alpha brainwaves and open a bridge to the subconscious.
Hypnosis is part of the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). By using suitable words, types of sentences and tonality, we can create suggestions to the subconscious minds for the necessary changes.

Below is an exercise to improve self-confidence.
1: Close your eyes, let your head, chest, and abdomen relax, and breathe slowly.
2: Imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror.
3: Look at who you are in the mirror, who you want to be: confident, attractive, capable and successful person. You observe the facial expression, body posture, clothing, etc. (When you feel strongly that the person in the mirror is who you want to be, go to step 4).
4: Walk into the mirror, stand next to the person in the mirror, feel the desire in your heart, and say to yourself: I also want to be so strong and confident.
5: You walk into the person in the mirror, you feel so comfortable, as tailor-made clothes on you. Fully associate the sensation and allow the energy to flow through the body from head to toe. Let the energy spin quickly and fast.
6: (Repeat loudly eight times): Whenever I hear, read, or say my name (please add your own), I know myself, I am energized, I am capable, I am healthy, I am happy, I am successful, I am strong enough to handle all situation in my life.
7: Step out of the mirror and meet this new version of yourself in the mirror. Say: I’m full of energy, I’m capable, I’m healthy, I’m happy, I’m successful, I’m strong enough! At this moment, you can also make a body posture or gesture to represent the new version of yourself and remember it.
8: Open your eyes and return to your normal state. How do you feel now?
If you successfully do this exercise, your subconscious mind accepts the information. When you repeat the body posture or gesture created, your self-confidence can be back at any time quickly. In Daily life, you can always turn any wishes into hypnosis suggestions and let them settle into your subconscious. The subconscious will make your wishes come true and never let you down when you believe in yourself.
