保卫你的心灵,爱护你自己

“心灵”这个抽象的词汇。看不见,摸不着,但它的确存在于我们的身体之中,它替我们收集外在的信息,加工储存,积攒能量,让我们拥有一个健康的体魄和健全的心态。

信息其实来源于我们的感官。 感官收集信息,通俗来讲就是我们的眼,耳,鼻,舌,身体收到外界事物刺激,形成的视觉,听觉,嗅觉,味觉,及身体各个部位的触觉。人体的这五大感官为我们的生活提高了很多的便利。今天就和大家分享如何巧妙地利用它们,让我们的大脑拥有一片绿洲,让生活更丰盛。让我们先来聊聊最古老的存在之一:气味。

气味比人类的存在更加古老,它是最重要的感知之一。当我们闻到已习得的气味时, 脑中掌管我们情绪的边缘系统就会马上再次唤起相应的感觉。有的时候,甚至被潜意识自觉地评估危险是否迫在眉睫,这就是NLP的嗅觉“心锚”。

这个“心锚”是安装在脑神经中的程序,也就是说我们的大脑在某一刻,把一种气味或多种气味与自己当时的情绪联结在一起,形成了一个神经元的网络。只要我们闻到这个习得气味的那一刻,就会激活这个神经元的网络。

所以说,如果人们会巧妙地运用心锚,比如在学习方面,就会使学习的内容特别牢固扎根于记忆。如果你想到国外旅游,临时抱佛脚,想学些日常需要的词汇。那你就不妨在学的时候,让香薰机散发出你喜爱的某种气味。当你到了国外,在手上滴两滴这种香气的精油,你的大脑就会激活你对这些词汇的记忆,就会使这些单词浮现出来,甚至还有发音。

还有一些香味对每个人都有相似的影响,比如,柠檬、佛手柑、薰衣草、柑橘类的香味,让我们变得镇静,放松,赶走焦虑的情绪,提高睡眠质量。薄荷和肉桂促进积极性和动力,抵制挫败,为疲惫的心灵注入活力,精力充沛。喜爱精油的朋友们,可以实实在在有意识地用精油布置你的家,充分运用香熏机的功能,让香气在房间里散发,即可以杀菌,净化空气,也可以让我们潜意识切换到感觉“放松, 振奋” 等有效资源的心理状态之中。

 

The smell is only one of the anchors. The sound can have the same effect. For example, research by the University of Hamburg has found that making the volume of music perceived by the subconscious mind can promote our absorption and memory of new information. Scientists recommend Bach or Mozart’s slow pieces. E.g. for Mozart’s double piano piece in D Major, to improve the learning effect.  

In addition, the colour can also affect people. For example, although red increases blood pressure, it can promote metabolism. The light blue colour is bright and eye-catching in nature, which is pleasant. Green relaxes and improves creativity and is the perfect colour for the study. If you want to write to a friend, it’s best to use a pale green to accentuate the blue font. Orange makes people feel good to promote appetite; purple suppresses appetite. If someone wants to lose weight, it is better to use purple tableware.

Once you understand your five senses, you can use the NLP ” Anchor” technique to create any anchor connecting them with some emotional states. For example, if you are in a difficult situation and feel very stressed, you can activate those anchors to make you quickly transform into the resourceful state feel “relaxed” immediately.
